I had a recent emergency with my Dell laptop, - the tech issues looked terminal, but I brought it into Wyb It, where the service and successful repair with rapid turn around was 5 star - with huge thanks to Umer, I was able to resume work again. Cannot recommend WyB It highly enough - and the advise is to get your computer regularly serviced!

Total con. Went to get screen repaired and to but mac book charger. Charged me twice for the job no probs got it back. corner of new screen is coming away and the issue of screen blacking out has not been fixed. £40 poung for charger that did not work went back and guy said screen was like this before ? he was changing the screen suposedly then said the charger box was opened, of course the unworking charger box was opened i tried to use it. The Boss seemed OK when i first went but this other fella is a total con artist and i will be taking it Further.

I went to Wyb It Services to have my computer fixed. Omar is amazing. Very helpful and polite. He did an excellent job and very quickly as well. Highly recommend.

I brought my laptop to fix cause It wasn't charging.It was told to me that a piece near the charging point has to be replaced. When I went to pick it up , apparently the issue was another one, but the guy at the shop wasn't able to explain what it was replaced. So I spent 70 pound for a service that hasn't been delivered and my laptop is still not charging and, off course after I had paid them, It come out the it was the charger.So now I have to spend an extra 40 pound for a new charger. Typical thief!! I strongly don't raccomend them to anyone. They will just steal your money prentending to have done their job. Sad story.

amateurs at best, took my mac to get hinges replaced, it took nearly a month to get fixed, and when it was fixed there was damage to the side and screen chasis, the screen has also not been fully fitted back on, the top two corners are coming away, there is also some software damage, when I shut down the logo on my mac remains but in a negative image. Overall a really bad place to go, i was told the 'guy' had to damgae my screen in order to access, seems like he is just trying to hide dodgy workmanship, if you like you computer don't go there, I also find it odd that an 'I.T' repair shop does not have a website. Avoid this place

Fixed my laptop swiftly with a new charger and for a very reasonable price! Didn't feel like I was being ripped off in the slightest like some places do. Would recommend - very friendly too
