Awful customer service! Today my dad visited the store for my nephews first shoes, he was approached by “sit down.” The lady was extremely rude and showed no interest in helping! We came all the way from Huddersfield as an exciting trip for his first ever pair of shoes, instead we left disappointed and upset. We then went to Clark’s and got the experience we wanted!
