Kerensa was just amazing! My sister had bought her wedding dress from Bijou when she got married, and she had such a wonderful experience that I knew I had to go there when it was time to find my dress! Everything was perfect - Kerensa creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere and is totally professional from start to finish. I got my dream dress, perfectly adjusted, with so many lovely personal touches throughout the journey. Thank you for such a lovely experience, Kerensa!

I had such a wonderful experience at Bijou Bridal with Kerensa. I went in knowing which two dresses I wanted to try on and they were there waiting for me in the fitting room when I arrived. I took my mum and my sister in with me and we were made to feel so welcome by Kerensa.We had a cup of tea and then the fun began, I tried both on and knew right away which one was for me. I came back a week later with my mum to confirm and I was able to try the dress in again and knew it was the one. The whole experience was just perfect. Really relaxed and was able to try on a few vails and talked through what would work well with my dress. I would highly recommend Bijou Bridal Boutique and thank you Kerensa.

Cannot recommend Kerensa and her boutique enough! Not only did she help us to find the perfect dress, she made the whole experience so enjoyable! Her warm and welcoming approach made for such a personal experience. She has a beautiful selection of gowns and went the extra mile to create a bespoke look. I found this lovely boutique with a range of good designers online and emailed to book an appointment...at very short notice. I had an immediate reply from Kerenza who booked us in and reassurred us that we still had plenty of time to find a wedding dress. It was easy to find with parking nearby in a lovely village. Kerenza was absolutely lovely, spending time discussing the sort of styles my daughter liked. She then tried on lots of dresses, Kerenza was very helpful with suggestions of alterations which could be made, accessories which could be added etc. There was no pressure.
We returned a week later to review 2 dresses we liked and we discussed further the possibility of some minor alterations to design of the favourite. Kerenza had confirmed these with the designer subsequent to our first visit.
Kerenza made the whole experience delightful, fun and very personal with gifts before and after purchase and excellent communication. We're looking forward to seeing the dress in the the spring for fittings and I'm confident it will be perfect.

Kerensa has the patience of a saint! My bridal party & myself tried on many many dresses to find a style which suited each of them. Kerensa was able to take each bridesmaids needs & wants to find a dress that they felt amazing in.
We laughed throughout the whole appointment and Kerensa made it a wonderful memory to add to the whole wedding experience.

I had a wonderful time visiting Bijou Bridal Boutique; Kerensa has a beautiful collection of dresses, fantastic choice of designers & is herself an absolute delight. She made me feel truly special & took every care to put me at my ease trying on
Her advice was genuine & she's definitely an asset of a supplier to have in your Bridal corner.

Unfortunately I couldn't get my dress from here in the end despite trying on some truly magical gowns, but only because I decided on a very alternative Gothic style far removed from a classic Bride. However I still really wanted to leave this review because I very highly recommend this boutique to other Brides looking for their dream dress. In terms of collection & service Bijou is a must-visit!!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Kerensa. If you are looking for a boutique with quality dresses and a personalised touch, go to Bijou Bridal. Kerensa was so patient and even though I came to my evening appointment feeling overwhelmed after a long day at work, I left relaxed and really positive. I tried dresses that were really unique and special and different from shops I’d been too previously. In the end, I chose a dress from a different shop and when I told Kerensa she wished me nothing but happiness. 5 stars! ✨
