Avoid for Yodel!
I travelled for almost 1/2 an hour on foot in the dark to reach this store before the yodel cut off time shown on the yodel store to store postage system. Despite there being more than enough room to put the parcel there two Asian/Pakistani employees refused to help me. I explained the situation to them and it was clear I was carrying a heavy parcel and was a lone female, but they simply didn’t care and hounded me out of the store. I would avoid at all costs, the shop seems to stock overpriced knock offs and general tats and mostly seems serves the street drinkers that congregate in the area.

I used this shop for (Radical Storage) luggage storage over several days for a complicated trip. They were great, except they moved my bag to a different site to make room for shorter term bags. I wouldn't have minded this, but I when I returned I had to wait 10-15min for them to retrieve the bag, which caused me to miss my train at nearby Waterloo. It's okay to need to move bags around, but maybe move them back when a customer is due to pick them up - the shop location near Waterloo Station means people are storing bags there before catching a train. Everyone was very nice and apologetic, but I still missed my train after an extremely long day of traveling. To note: I couldn't arrive any earlier, as I was traveling in from elsewhere. Had I gotten my bag even 5 min quicker, I'd have made my train.

Nasty abusive man working at the shop. When trying to do a radical luggage check in. Thankfully the company radical refunded and we reported the shop. Not safe or secure to luggage .

Radical Storage was great. I know there have been a few negatives reviews about this place, but for those traveling to London Waterloo, using the Radical Storage app, it was great.

We booked two large rucksacks in advance and paid £10 for the whole day. At the end of the day, we picked them up; they had been safely locked away by the owner in their secure storage room. No issues. No problems. No worries.

Ignore the reviews in regards to the UPS service they offer. The Radical Storage was done effortlessly by a very polite lady.

Felt safe in regards to storage and in terms of Covid.

The most horrible experience with the man working here today. Worst manners and just an overall nasty and unhelpful person. Do not use them for UPS service - they should remove their service from this shop.

Used this shop for 'radical storage'. It's a few minutes walk from the station but that was probably time saved in terms of the quick and efficient drop off and pick up. Friendly and helpful staff when I was there.

The shopkeeper is so rude! I politely asked if I could drop off a parcel and only got rudeness back. Mask around the chin, no manners, busy on Tinder under the desk. Reported to the council for H&S.

Nice and clean with a good selection on products. They also do have other products that you can't buy anywhere else. Good prices.
