Honestly such a lovely little shop and very fairly priced for the area. Never overcharge and staff are so friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a problem coming here.

Refused to give my parcel to me and was very rude about it. Would not even accept the call from customer care after they requested to speak to the manager. The manager said the code was invalid whereas I was told it was very much valid on the system. Horrible place! Do not go here for your own benefit.

This place is absolutely ridiculous as an InPost drop-off point! Every time I try to drop off a package, they come up with a new excuse not to take it. The first time, they said my package was too big and didn’t meet their size requirements – fine, I accepted that. But the second time, I brought a small package, and they STILL wouldn’t take it, claiming they don’t accept packages on weekends. It’s always something! They keep making up their own “rules” and telling me I have to follow them, even though the official InPost website clearly states this drop-off location should be accepting packages at the time I was there. This is just an excuse to avoid doing their job. Terrible service, don’t waste your time here!

They are registered with Collect+ but when I turned up today with three parcels correctly labelled they refused to accept them saying they no longer accept recycling bags. Very unhelpful and unfriendly. Worth avoiding.

Absolutely useless and rude, they refuse to relice paecels even though it shows as delivered, being super rude. Was told to deliver somewhere else parcels. They buy stolen alcohol and other items from the local drug adicts and smoke behind the counter.

Such lier shop. You will never get your pacel dropped. They keep asking you come back tomorrow. Keep lying. Wast your time coming back. Never come here. Big waring.

I've come here to report them with a nightmare parcel pickup experience and am shocked but not surprised at all of the other similar reviews. I am angry that Yodel still has them listed!
I came back to the shop FOUR TIMES TODAY to collect a parcel and the guy refused to give it despite showing him that it was delivered. I asked his store assistant to find it for me instead and the package was RIGHT UNDER THE TILL THE ENTIRE TIME!! This place is a scam, the store owner is disrespectful, unprofessional and a fraud. I'm shocked at the fact that there are soo many reports on this same issue and nothing has been done still. Shame on Yodel for suggesting them as a pick up spot. They aren't safe and the store owner is clearly some thief
