I have been coming here for years but today marks last day they will ever get my money. I have never been treated so badly before especially with a baby with me. A butcher there that seems new was aggressive and started shouting at me just for asking him to show me different options of what I was looking for. When I went to the tills to report him the ladies at the till and the men by the door did not seem phased nor did they care. I’ve spent so much money over the years there because the original guy that works there is normally very polite and offers great customer service. He is the only reason I was still going there but after being abused by a male for asking simple question and nobody especially the men working there feeling phased I advised no one to go there as you will be at risk of abuse which can lead to violence. I truly believe it was due to the fact that I am female and I am a person of colour because when their own people came to be served the attitude was completely different.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! The chicken has a very bad smell to it !!! I went to get it changed and the butchers started to argue with me !! Ended up getting the chicken changed and was told I should be happy for getting it free ?!?! I took the chicken home the one that they exchanged and started cooking to find out it has a smell to it also !! ( not the first time it happened ) !!

Extremely rude and racist staff.Although, I was shopping for many years, they never change their attitude. They can laugh at you and talk behind your back, put you down, especially, the butchers and those at the till..They never apologise for their behaviour. The customer should not hear insult, especially, if you understand their language. This is unacceptable. They never smile and don't even give receipt.Plus very expensive.I would avoid at all cost.

Very rude staff. They speak about everyone in their own language. I’ve been charged twice for meat and when I asked they started talking in their language and laughing. All staff members were laughing and one was helping. Prices at the till are different to prices on the shelves and they do not like being questioned. They are very rude and dismissive. Avoid going to this place. Always charging double and laughing at customers.

Very very very rude staff. Speak about everyone in their own language. I’ve seen them openly pointing and laughing at people. Often prices at the till are different to prices on the shelves and they do not like being questioned.
The amount they charge for items is always around £1+ more than they are in other shops. I don’t know how they’ve got away with it for so many years it can’t be legal?
If you do shop here check your receipt! They don’t like being asked for one or questioned though. Avoid it at all costs.

Very horrible disgusting staff I went there not too long ago and they were gossiping in there own language. Charged over 70 pounds extra, laughing at customers. They do not give receipts and under aged staff. I asked for a complain letter and they refused. I also asked to speek to the manager and said she’s not here, I asked when she would be here and got ignored. Extremely racist. Honestly never will step foot in that shop again 😒

However the ladies working on the till is always rude and disrespectful to the customer.Today morning i went there to buy a family package onion and lady who served on the till the why she said (don’t put the onion on the till desk )is so rude and laughing with her colleague on me.it’s was easy to be rude more than her,but i didn’t want to mess my day from morning. Because of these staffs i will never go back there again .😏😏
