Very dodgy opportunists! They sold us alcohol after 2am, when they are only licensed to do so until 10.30pm on a Saturday. We bought their cheapest bottle of wine (£12!!); some guy appears out of nowhere with a black plastic bag containing the wine. They told us not to open the bag outside the shop, and I wish we had, but as a group of women we had to be careful. They also failed to do an ID check on our friend who’d just turned 18. This shop needs to be shut down and I’m surprised the police haven’t been onto them, having read some of the other reviews!

Horrible place, wish I didn’t have to give it even one star. Staff are disgustingly rude and unpleasant. They over charge you for everything. Went to buy a quarter bottle of alcohol that has £5.99 printed on the lid but they have marked it out with black sharpie or black tape and tried to charge me £13.99 which is highly illegal. From what I can read in the comments they are scammers and should be closed down! Horrible awful experience, and on my birthday as well 🙁 He shouted at me and said ‘it’s my shop and I can do what I want’ How charming!

This shop attempted to charge me near enough £10 for two beers priced at £3.49 each. They made the mistake of trying to pull that trick on a local as this is a criminal offence that will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Standard shop/kiosk. VERY centrally located at Leicester Square. Can find snacks, sweets, beers/wine and even tabaco products and parafernália. They were open during the pandemic, so thank you for staying open!

No!No!No! Don't do it. Went in there for a a lighter and some menthol drops and was ripped off for over £6. They serve you from a raised counter and don't show you the terminal screen when you tap your card. I felt it was dodgy and when I checked my bank account it confirmed that they are a bunch of thieves.

Total rip-off. If I could leave less than one star I would. I was charged overnight £20 when I only purchased a bottle of water which was £1.79. At the till it said the correct amount. Avoid !!!!!!

The co-worker was absolute rude and bold. I asked to change 150 EUR to british pounds and even asked if I‘ll get about £ 125 back. He just responded they don‘t use the internet rate. I became insecure and shown him the rate on his table and asked if this (especially the rate in the upper left corner - 1.20 ) is right. He said ‚yes‘ and only returned me about £80 instead of about £ 120. After discussing he got very rude, disrespectful and he also blaimed the attitude of my friend. I don‘t know his name, actually even don‘t want to know it, but really don‘t ever change your money there or visit this shop with such an unacceptable ‚service‘!

I’m a bit concerned about the financial systems of this shop.
They’ve been ok when they opened years ago.
But not even single time I was there to buy the same items, and every single time the price was too high, incredibly increased. And the stuff not professional at all. They playing with you ok: I’ll give you a bit cheaper. Like on the market they playing with you. Not genuine at all.
Poor tourist in this area if they coming to this shop.
