Close to St. Pancras rail and Kings Cross Tube stations. Very good prices per bag (£5 each), and they are open late to retrieve your bags. I pre-booked on the Radical Storage app for 4 bags, and I was in and out quickly. The same when I retrieved our bags later that evening. I was able to quickly get them back. No waiting. I highly recommend this luggage storage facility. Be advised, on the outside, it looks like a regular souvenir shop, but it is more than that. The staff are polite and quick.

Most trusted luggage store. We have used almost of the locally available shops. This one has the best combination of customer services, quality and level of trust. They were courteous and prompt with service. Even though We had a lot of questions, they were all answered and we were satisfied. Definitely recommended by us who are frequent luggage service users.

I left my house: Palmers Green with plenty time at 1am and it is 3.46am and still on road to go to Gatwick north terminal airport. The journey has been a nightmare!!! The Metro Express staff shoured at me and put the phone down at me while I asked for help because the driver did not know where to go. He asked directions to a lorry driver and called his colleague too. Never ever again!!

Visited the Metro Express shop today (18/05, around 5pm), who acts as an Amazon Hub, to collect an Amazon parcel. The gentleman at the counter explained that they don’t accept Amazon parcels anymore due to the lockdown. Understandable. But when I asked him politely to check his inventory anyway, as on Amazon’s end the parcel was delivered to his shop days ago, he raised his tone saying that I bring him ‘headache’. I asked for his name or the name of his manager as that's no way to treat a customer, which he denied to provide and asked me to leave!

To the proprietors of this business, this level of customer service skills is costing you customers.
