Those guys are Removing RRP foil from certain drinks, selling these at inflated prices and, by breaking seals on bottles, rendering them unsafe to drink . Namely 200ml Jack Daniels. They have been reported to CMA. Be aware and all the best.

DON'T get your parcels delivered here. I ordered an item using Click and Collect, but for some reason the dumb retailer marked Retail 24 as my personal address, and said I'd need to sign for the package. I rushed to the shop to flag up this error with the guy behind the till, and politely asked if he could take in my package when it was due to arrive, just a couple of hours later. I explained that the retailer made an error and that there was nothing I could do to divert the delivery. I offered to leave my details, just so he could be aware. He point-blank refused and said he wouldn't accept it unless it was an Evri delivery. That was after he pretended he didn't know what I was talking about, after me repeating the same thing several times, just to be difficult and unpleasant. I said it would be a Royal Mail delivery and reiterated that this wasn't my error - again politely asking him if he could accept it on this occasion and I would pick it up ASAP. Again, he refused and said he would send it back if it wasn't an Evri delivery. He subsequently refused the delivery a mere hour or two later.

What a horrible and mean-spirited individual. All the shop assistant had to do was be a decent human being and being understanding of the situation, seeing as it's not exactly any skin off his nose, but instead he was outright rude and uncompromising. Nasty service.

We visited London in August from Canada. We were stranded at 10:00 pm at night with no wifi and our AirBnB host cancelled our booking at the last minute. We had nowhere to go. This man helped us so much! He is a kind and honest man, and I have such gratitude for him. May God bless you sir!

DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP!
I regret not looking at the reviews but my parcel was stolen by them (worth over £500). On the 5 th day I went to ask why is parcel is still with them. They lied and said the parcel was taken by Hermes when I ask Hermes they said it’s still at the parcel shop. This didn’t happen to me only looking at the other reviews.

Excellent service. They removed the rude staff . Young staff is at its best. They are great guys. No card limit. There are two separate businesses in shop operated by separate staff. They do Evri drop-off and collection. They are helpful guys. Cheers ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've always had pleasant experiences at this corner shop for Evri returns. The staff are helpful and efficient and the Evri printer always works (unlike the nearby Tesco a few minutes away!)
