Despite buying a cheap car with high miles, the level of after-sales help and support I received from JPA, namely Ben and Jamie, was second to none. A few issues occurred a few months after purchase but JPA sorted them out, free of charge. The garage eventually bought back the car, paying almost the full amount, after a more serious issue emerged. I never expected this level of after-sales from a small garage, or even a main dealer come to that. Based on my positive experiences, I would have no hesitation recommending JPA.

Purchased a vehicle and after a few weeks a part which had been fixed before purchase (with receipts as proof) became faulty - it was a second hand car after all! JPA arranged for this to be sorted and arranged a courtesy car throughout the process, even arranging a larger car so I could still go on holiday! 6 months and nearly 10000 miles later car drives great. Saw a lovely little car advertised on their own website for £995, just went to view with intention of purchasing, car advertised on the forecourt was priced £200 more than shown on website. Queried why and was told advertised at wrong price when asked if any room for negotiation as was just what I was looking for. was instantly dismissed, was willing to meet between the two price points. Don't know who it was that I spoke to but found him to be quiet rude and arrogant, needs a lesson in customer services in my opinion.

My sons old corsa had brake issues and could not be driven. Had it delivered to JPA, who sorted the problem within 24 hours and at a very reasonable cost. As the car was not worth a lot, it kept my son on the road. Great service and will use again.

Purchased a car from Jamie in December and throughout the transaction I found him courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately after purchasing the car it developed an electrical fault on the ABS. I contacted Jamie who immediately tried to sort the matter out by booking the vehicle into a specialist local garage. It took much longer to sort than we originally anticipated due to the ordering of parts etc but, once again, I found him courteous, and helpful, and would definately recommend them to friends and family.
