We called into The Stove Yard in November 2024 to have a look around the showroom. We were greeted with a friendly welcome. Sam came to chat with us about the various log burners they had and very soon we were booking a survey. Russell the owner came to do the survey, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us lots of advice and ideas to help us achieve our goal.
We received a very competitive price which eventually we agreed and booked to have our log burner fitted just before Christmas..
OMG… it was the best decision we ever made. We did call back in on Christmas Eve and spoke with Phil about a better lighting procedure enabling the fire to burn hotter..
Great job Phil your advice was great and works a treat..!
The team are very approachable, friendly, professional and knowledgeable… we would highly recommend The Stove Yard 100%

We have received a great service from start to finish .
Russell from the Stove Yard gave us all the correct advice and options of the type of stove we could have etc. The fitters (Stu and Josh)were also superb , they covered everywhere up so there was no mess and nothing was too much trouble.
Second time that I have used the Stove Yard.

Russell couldn’t have been more helpful. We walked into the shop with no real idea of what we wanted. Within minutes of being in the shop and speaking to Russell about what we wanted to achieve, we were pointed in the direction of the Wiking stoves. We were desperate to get the stove in before Christmas and Russell managed to help make this happen! The stove was ordered on the Monday and installed on the Thursday. Customer service at its finest! Honestly couldn’t be happier and it has really made the house into a home. Couldn’t recommend The Stove Yard enough.

We’ve just had a wood burning stove installed by the stove yard .
I’ve had several stoves from them over the years .

Russel came out and carried out the survey discussed which stove would be best for the room he was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Once we decided on the stove Russel sorted the quote including installation over the next couple of days .
The installers came out they were extremely near and tidy sorted the fit in a day they were great .
To sum up really easy professional supply and fit .
Thanks Russel we will always recommend you and will be back in the future

I have nothing but outstanding feedback for The Stove Yard. We did a lot of research on log burners and spoke to a number of suppliers but from the moment I met Russell and the team I had every bit of confidence that they were the right company to proceed with. Great advice, great stoves and great service for installation. We didn’t know a huge amount about what we wanted when we went in, and they were very knowledgable and helpful in explaining differences, giving options, and answering questions.

All in all highly recommended, we’re really happy with the stove we’ve got!

Great pre sales/installation advice from Russell. We had manufacturer related issues caused delays and lack of communication but Russell worked hard to overcome them. Excellent installation from their recommended company. Very happy with our stove and glad we have in time for Christmas!!

We bought our Dunsley log burner from StoveYard, Holmes Chapel 4 years ago. We recently popped back again for bits and bobs from Russ and staff and received same friendly, service. They stock a variety of extras.
Installation by Stuart and team was efficient (two part-days) with some useful advice thrown in. They took particular care to cover the area and leave no mess. And not a single problem since.
We recommended to our neighbours, as a good deal, helpful place to visit and now they also have a log burner from Russ at StoveYard.
