Avoid this company, as they are dishonest. Tried to cancel an online order and they told me I couldnt, quoting me small print on the website. Be sure to read all the small print on the website. Goods still havent arrived and no refund either. Would avoid and use another company, one that has more respect for its customers and some decent customer service.

My mannequin head arrived just now, she's perfect and really well made. I've even called her Kate! I am using her for my wig as my hair has come out because of chemo. I had breast cancer. I have wrapped a Gucci scarf around her neck and she looks amazing and so does my hair on such a gorgeous head! Quick delivery and followed all instructions, I highly recommend this company x

I only post reviews when I feel strongly about customer service. This company deserves all the business they can handle and then some. Particular shout out to Joanne who is professional, friendly and an asset to the company. Please don’t let the poor performance of a courier service reflect on the service and products provided by this firm as they are very quick to resolve any issues. Rare these days. Purchased a large shelving unit from this company via eBay. Units themselves are excellent, however the delivery company they used were appalling parcels were delivered 1 week apart, customer service from the company and and terrible. I had to chase and sort myself with the delivery company that took me time and lots of phone calls to do so. I sent an email complaint to the company and didn’t hear anything back!
So I won’t be recommending as customer service and prompt delivery is what you would also expect from a company your purchasing from. The 2 stars is because the product is good nothing more!

I placed an order for a clothes rail and mannequin, wow, what fantastic service and delivery I got. Very sturdy clothes rail and great value for money. The mannequin is great, just what i needed. Highly recommend The Shopfitting Shop. Will be ordering again.
