I cannot reccomend Threads highly enough, I had such a wonderful experience there and am so very grateful to Laura & Kelly for the part they had to play in my wedding day.

When I set out looking for a dress, I knew I didn’t want to spend thousands and thousands on a dress I would wear once, but I did know I wanted it to be special and perfectly fitted for me. I’d tried to order some high street dresses online that were affordable but they just weren’t hitting the spot and trying things on in your bedroom at home is hard to get the “wow factor” , then I was recommended Threads by a friend and my search ended!!

Threads gives you a high end bridal boutique feel, by an appointment only, but with a fraction of the price tag! Laura’s experience means that she has hand selected high quality pieces, and you can give her a heads up about what you’re after so she can point you in the right direction when you’re there. The dress I chose was the first one I tried on, something simple and timeless!

Another great bonus to Threads is the in-house seamstress who is attached to it - Kelly. I absolutely loved my appointments with Kelly, she is so friendly and made me feel comfortable and in totally safe hands with the dress. I had 2-3 fittings in the end and she made so many alterations I would never have thought of so make sure it was the perfect fit - like sewing my bra in to the dress so it didn’t fall down! She was also super flexible with me with time as j was travelling from London for most of them.

I also got a gorgeous handmade silk veil to complete the look - made by Laura! This was great as we could be absolutely specific about how long I wanted it, and it was just perfect.

I was on the hunt for a sustainable, secondhand wedding dress in Norwich/Norfolk and Threads Bridal did not let me down! It was the only boutique I could find specialising in high-quality and beautiful bridal dresses in the area.

When I arrived at my appointment, Laura was so attentive, helpful and patient. The dress selection did not disappoint and I found my dream dress on the first visit! As the dress was not my size, Laura gave really helpful advice on how and where to get it altered.

The whole process of finding and buying the dress was super smooth and how it should be. All my guests on the wedding day complimented my dress and could not believe it was secondhand!

A special and unique bridal shop in a beautiful part of Norfolk.

I came to Laura at very short notice in desperate need of a wedding dress after deciding that my original wedding dress just wasn't special enough, despite it being custom made. Laura was completely understanding and fitted in a appointment at very short notice.

The atmosphere was really relaxed and Laura listened carefully to my preferences.
Laura was really knowledgeable about different styles and completely put me at ease. With Laura's help I was able to find two dresses that I would have been equally thrilled to have as my wedding dress.

The shop has a beautiful range of dresses, veils and accessories to suit lots of different styles.

I was determined to get my dress from Threads as they were all preloved sustainable dresses, the attention to detail is excellent down to the beautiful Threads labels on all the garments were all amazing. Not only were they all preloved but Threads is full of dresses that are made within the UK.

Threads has a mix of all sizes and style, dresses, skirts and tops, veils, overlays and much more. Laura allowed me to try abit of everything on and was to get a feel for what my style was.

I was able to store my dress at the shop for the last month and Laura steamed it for me ready for our big day.
