Awful customer service experience from Manager Lars. Just very rude and very very intimidating; never have I been spoken to in that manner. He left me on the verge of tears and embarrassed in front of other shoppers. The shop is clearly struggling and dealing with customers in that manner is not going to help the situation. I wanted a dress when I went in , left as I said on the verge on tears, and will never go back for that dress or anything else for that matter.
