My parents passed away last year, and I wanted to buy a special signet ring to remember them by. I chose the Joan of Arc family crest and sent a very old picture of the crest to Lanes.

The result was absolutely amazing! The deep hand engraved crest captured all the very fine details of the drawing, which exceeded my expectations!

I wholeheartedly recommend Lanes for their beautifully crafted signet rings, and I will no doubt buy more jewellery from Lanes again in the future.

Lanes Jewellery have been incredible to us, from my now husband using there online shop to purchase my engagement ring back in 2020, to us coming into the shop to purchase our wedding bands in 2023.
If we ever had any queries someone, Amber especially, was always on hand to help us & make us feel reassured, the ladies always made us feel welcome & engaged in friendly conversation.
Big thank you to Josh & April for all their hard work from resizing, cleaning, rhodium to shaping my wedding band, to adding the engraving to the inside of our wedding bands. All in time for our special day.

Lanes made a beautiful pendant for me from a stone I had been gifted. When I found their exquisite shop, whilst on holiday, I knew that I wanted them to bring the piece to life for me. My expectations were managed so well from design discussion to securely delivering the finished pendant. They have a beautiful range of jewellery for all budgets. The vibe in their shop is really genuine and they have been really helpful and patient when I have made purchases. Despite living 3 hours away I would not hesitate to use their services for future repairs and alterations.
