Very poor customer service
I have been a very loyal customer to H&T since they opened. Choosing to shop local rather than online as I prefer to support local companies. Over the years our family have spent a lot of money in both the ladies and men’s shop. Buying things for ourselves and birthday and Christmas presents for family and friends. I spent a lot last Christmas in both shops. Loyalty counts for nothing to one of the owners of this Company. I found a voucher for £100 which I had totally forgotten about so I phoned just to check that they would still accept this voucher not expecting a problem - but it was an emphatic rude NO!!!! I was flabbergasted that a small company like themselves have no custom service. He said it wouldn’t go through the till but he could clearly have helped me out if he had wanted to. So he has my hundred pounds and is keeping it. He will not get another penny from myself or my family. I really regret giving him custom in the first place.

We rented Groom & Groomsmen suits from Humphrey & Tilly for our wedding, 11th June 2022. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic, the gents in the shop were so helpful and patient as we chose the perfect combination of shirts, waistcoats and tails.
The shop itself is beautiful and the service is second to none, we were over the moon with the suits. They made everything feel so easy, and it took the pressure off our wedding planning knowing they had it all in hand. Thank you so much! - Mr & Mrs Clarke.

Needed a suit for a wedding. Staff were really helpful, friendly & had an amazing knowledge of what would suit me.
Nothing seemed too much trouble & I felt very at ease as it was my first experience of having a suit fitted.
I am very happy with the suit & also the cost.
Would 100 per cent recommend this shop.

Visiting Humphrey & Tilly either Ladies or Gents boutique , is somehow Very Special.
I have yet again visited this morning to purchased a couple of bits for my Wife from there & the service, the welcoming & the surroundings are just out of this world.
Lauren & Laura in the Ladies boutique are just what every business should have when it comes to having good & knowledgable people.
The welcome you get when entering the boutique is something Amazing, something every boutique should aspire to, Lauren & Laura, a Big Thank you to you both.
Now one can argue it is expensive, or is it?
The clothes, accessories and so on are stunning & of superior quality, that simple, but when you have a truly Amazing customer service where nothing is too much, what price do you put on that?
So, don’t settle for the rest, if you can afford it, visit The Best.

A wide variety of clothing and accessories to match. I called in 4 weeks ago to enquire about a simple suit hire and today i collected, It fits a treat and the quality is fantastic. The service received on both occasions was exceptional the owner gave all the information required and was as helpful as he coukd be, he didnt judge or turn his nose up "given the fact i was in my workwear" yes that happens in some places. I will be sure to use Humphrey and Tilly again in the near future Many thanks.

Fantastic range of quality clothing at extremely competitive prices. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and passionate about their stock, I've found them very helpful and not pushy, and will steer you in the right decision with their knowledge and advice. Can't recommend enough.
