I want to commend the Tannery team for really excellent customer service. I had an issue with a beautiful handbag I had bought in The Tannery in Holt when visiting my sister. As I don't live in the area I had to ask her to take it to the store for advice and was delighted when not only did they replace the bag, but did so working with the Norwich store and delivered it to my home. Great teamwork, great service, Thank you.

I haven’t bought leather goods anywhere else since The Tannery opened in Holt. Amazing selection with classic pieces and plenty of current fashion, it takes at least two visits for me to finally decide on a handbag due to the massive array of choices! I’ve had two handbags, two wallets and at least three pairs of gloves for myself, not to mention the belts and wallets for my friends and family’s birthday gifts - all of which have been of the highest quality. Every visit is really enjoyable as staff are helpful and friendly.

Just bought a really nice Gianni Conti credit card holder online from The Tannery in Norfolk. Absolutely brilliant service and very speedy delivery. Great selection of products, many of which are quite hard to find elsewhere. Look forward to using them again.

I am very pleased with the products I have bought from The Tannery in Holt since it opened many years ago(the men's shop)
The staff are well trained and helpful in providing an excellent service.
The products are sourced in Italy by the proprietors and are of high quality leather and well made -much more choices and varieties in the Ladies shops with many trendy styles and colours.
