Very clean, has everything in the apartment you would need in a home, a quiet park we went Sunday to Tuesday in June, and the pub is as though it just had a refurbish, not a stain in sight on the chairs, the toilets are super clean again look brand new, I came with my husband we are aged 48 and 50 and it was exactly what we needed a nice peaceful break.

Loverly chalet park just beside the coast road with a clubhouse/bar and a big play area for the children.
The park looks to be in a very maintained condition and looks very clean and tidy .
The clubhouse does not do food but most town takeaways do deliver .
Only 5 minutes drive into Withernsea and direct access to the beach.
Withernsea is a small seaside town with most things you would need for your holiday.
The beach itself is excellent for the family.

Nice little site.chalet 317 Which we stayed in, booked privately, was beautiful and very spacious, even with 3 kids and a dog. Beach in walking distance and walking distance to town centre. Found 2 things odd. You can't pay by card in the clubhouse and kids aren't allowed in the side where acts perform. They are instead allowed in a room to the side with a serving hatch to the bar.

Nice and quiet place 15mins walk from main seafront. Club on site good for weekends. Rabbits running around Everywere (cool if u like them). Good site for dogs aslong as kept on a lead

Fantastic place. Spacious privately owned chalets, a few of which can be rented. Brilliant club onsite, open to non residents with well equipped family room, lounge with large screen tv showing sports and an enormous concert room with twice weekly guest acts.
