The staff are very helpful and friendly. I am a regular in the shop for numerous things. I just wish they would get more sections to it so I could buy more without having to go elsewhere. Great choice of vegan snack foods aswell. I love the pasties in the fridge.

When i entered the shop(morning of wedsnesday 14th october)one young girl assistant was totally engrossed with the conversation she was having with the older girl at the till. Neither were particularly interested in helping me, and done little to put themselves out.
On previous occasions i have been served by a young gentleman , and an older lady. Both were polite and helpful.
Shall be ordering online from now on, as dont see why i should be exposed to rude and un co operative staff.
In these harsh and job short times, im surprised they are still employed by yourselves, and propose they be re trained in customer care

Extremely annoyed and angry worst customer service ever went in shop for large rescue remedy on tuesday for my dog who is petrified of fireworks . Big bottle out of stock shop assistant ordered me one promising it would be in either wed or definitly thursday at latest .paid for inc deliv charge. Still not delivered to shop now despite numerous phone calls to shop . Shop said will prob be monday unacceptable needed for today bonfire night .shop refused to refund money back on card have to wait for same shop assistant to be in rubbish . Unacceptable and disgusting will not be ordering anything ever again from here .Totally disgusted and left with a very petrified dog as a result for 5 and a half hrs.
