Met at Marshall’s yard with my parents. Came to cream, and ordered for 7 people.

We ordered a few bacon sandwiches amongst other items from the menu. We are quite fussy and like our bacon well done.

These didn’t disappoint, possibly the BEST bacon sandwich I’ve ever eaten! Other food was lovely too!

The team were lovely, really helpful, friendly and happy! It was really busy and they didn’t stop. Nothing was too much trouble.

Well done team Cream. Best bacon sandwich around!

It’s been a while since we last visited here and it has become a shadow of its former self. Saturday morning and about 1/3 full.
I ordered the eggs benedict and was thoroughly disappointed - let’s compare the menu description with the offering. Two poached eggs homemade hollandaise sauce on a toasted muffin with …. Home cooked ham.
Poached eggs on Eggs Benedict are supposed to ooze egg (these were solid) - homemade hollandaise (that blob on side of muffin is hollandaise and that was entirety on plate) - toasted muffin (does that muffin look like it’s seen a toaster?) home cooked ham (actually that wasn’t bad).
My wife’s full English had overdone eggs too.
Only positive is the coffee is good. You might realise we won’t be back.

I was told that the owner makes the cakes. I had the coffee and walnut and it was delicious. The staff are so happy and friendly too. Lovely place to visit ?

Disappointed with the flat white, was not strong and milk was too watery. Toasted ciabatta with onion, sweet potato and melted cheese, was too thick and filling didn’t have much taste. Lovely place very nice ambiance. Would have ordered eggs Royale but was 10 minutes too late at 11.40am.

Time 2pm & fairly busy so we had quite a wait for two salads!
The salads were tasty but lacking in much of the main ingredient. I ordered a chicken, bacon & avocado salad & all three of these ingredients were a bit sparse. I would have liked a few more than the three small slices of chicken I did get. Lots of lettuce leaves & red cabbage but lacking everywhere else, for an expensive £10.95!

I visited today with a friend. We wanted a drink before shopping to return later for a light lunch. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant and liked the variety offered for a light lunch. The sharing platter was excellent value offering good quality food at a very reasonable price. I can thoroughly recommend this place.
