I have a real interest in cooking Italian dishes and although this place is not quite on my doorstep, it’s well worth the trip to gather correct ingredients. Had a lovely chat with Piero about fresh pasta and he even advised on a different method of ingredients. Picked up some Gaunciale, Pecorino Romano and La Molisana Spaghettoni for my carbonara. Very friendly and always on offer to advise. The carbonara was delicious by the way! 🇮🇹

Piero catered for my husbands 70th birthday party and what a feast he prepared. Grazing table with Sicilian food! And hot pasta del forno later accompanied by Piero much loved Sicilian sausages. Every single person went around the table going mmmmmm ooooo wow! Best decision I made to ask Piero to cater.

After watching a few episodes of Made in Italy on BBC, I was inspired to have a bit of proper Italian flavour in the kitchen. I went in for bread and a bit of pasta, left with bread, 2 pastas, coffee, frozen dessert and a nice slice of pecorino cheese from the deli counter. Next time I will pick up some fresh pasta and I saw they were making sausages too! Definately worth stopping by.

We ordered 5 different panini and all of them were utterly delicious. Made with fresh ingredients in front of you.
