Had the most interesting chat of my life today with Gary. The knowledge this man has about alternative means to solving so many health issues is truely remarkable. Everyone should invest the very reasonable amount of money for a consultation.

Love this place, can't recommend it enough. Me and my family have been going there since they opened and we feel lucky we found it. Sara and Gary are amazing people, they are very knowledgeable and with big hearts. Not to mention the drinks are very yummy. On another hand the health and wellness products they sell are best quality and you can have Health Consultation if you want to know more or if you need help.
We also have been to some of the events they do, which we highly recommend.
The cafe feel like being at home, everyone is very friendly, it is so easy to meet new people and to have good old chat with someone, it feels like you are in a lounge room with friends.
In a nut shell this is not just ordinary coffee shop, it keeps providing.

Sara and Gary amazing people so welcoming and their wealth of knowledge is unbelievable. They have helped me with something that even the medical people could not do with my son and his mental health. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you have done. ❤️❤️ I cannot recommend Soul Seed enough, SO if you are looking for help with any ailments or just want to chill and have fantastic coffees/tea and other drinks and a brilliant feeling just being somewhere, please go you will not be disappointed ❤️❤️❤️

Soul seed is a rare independent establishment that takes pride throughout the business.
I’ve purchased some revive gut health products here and also had some fantastic coffee.

Great products, super friendly staff.
It’s just what you need in an ever changing world. A must if you fancy a coffee in the area!

What an amazing place. I got to experience an hour on the sound-bed that Soul Seed have and all I can say is WOW! I was made to feel welcome and at ease from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Both Sara and Gary are so knowledgable and passionate about their work that I came away not only feeling relaxed and amazing from the bed but I felt like I have come away with so much more knowledge thanks to them both. I cannot recommend Soul Seed enough for the sound-bed experience and the atmosphere. I can’t wait to return for another session and look forward to learning more from them both. I feel so blessed that we have Soul Seed, a special holistic space filled with love and empathy in Hoddesdon.
Both Sara and Gary are so welcoming and knowledgeable with their products and take the time to explain, thus I have trust in them.
My anxiety, panic attacks and depression has been acute but after taking the purchases I made, I certainly feel more relaxed and had a wonderful night's sleep 😴 even my breathing is more under control.
