Test drove a Range Rover Sport .on test had a noise from passenger foot well .Sales said they would fix this. I paid a deposit .Sales rang me to say car was fixed and ready to pick up .And said it was a ball joint .Paid full for car .Wife drove it home and said noise is still there 😳 I took the car to a well known 4 x4 deer .They took the seat out and found a pair of glasses a child toy and other things I'm the air duct. Do not purchase a car from these people. I Have sent reviews but no answer from Said Sales people 😕 This picture is what was found in the heater duct .No response from hmc liers.Hi in response to this answer from you NO I will not be removing my comments from Google. Let me explain in simple terms. As I said in my review. I test drove the Ranger Rover Registration No and invoice can be made available as proof of purchase from your dealership. On Test I identified there was a noise coming from the front passenger’s side. You took the car for a drive yourself (Surprised by my findings) As you said you were using the car yourself. You returned and agreed with me there was a noise, and you would get it fixed. I said thank you I will purchase the car once the works are complete. You rang me to say the noise is now all fixed and the car is ready to pick up. We drove down the following weekend to pick up the car. I asked what the fault was, and you said it was a ball joint on the steering. But all fixed now. On this I paid the balance for the car, and we then drove home. On. getting home my wife said the noise is still there. I took the car out and low and be hold the noise was still there. An annoying noise from the front end of the car that you said was all fixed (Lies) I took the car to A 4X4 Specialist extra costs to myself after just purchasing the car I could have done without. He agreed there was a noise. But it was not unsafe to drive. I booked the car in for further investigation as the noise was bloody annoying in such a nice Range Rover. The 4x4 specialists removed the passenger seat and found kiddies toy glasses and bits and pieces (As Picture) all that in the duct. So don’t tell me you did not know about the noise. So, the review will stand. Reviews are here for a reason. To let everyone, know what they are dealing with.

The guys I spoke to were really friendly and polite. They had great knowledge of the cars and were up front with everything. No pressure selling. They offered to hold the car with a deposit which I did. I got a great car at a great price. When I went to pick up the car there were three other customers there. They are clearly doing something right. I would recommend them and go back in the future.

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler JK 2014 from HMC . It has been a pleasure to do business with these guys . A few minor things needed to be fixed . Richard was straight on it with no delay . I will be doing business with this company again . Thank you guys much appreciated. There still is a few honest helpful car dealers out there . And this company certainly falls in that category

Saw the ad for a one owner, very low mileage, ten year old XJ 5.0.
I live 400 miles away, so had to rely on photos and a conversation to judge the car.
Agreed to buy it, sent a deposit, and got a flight down with some trepidation.
I have had many similar experiences with dealers where I have also got a flight home and been angry as the car they described on the phone must have been a different car from the one they showed me !.
This car was exactly as described, and a lovely car, which got me home quickly !
Guys were very pleasant, helpful, easy to deal with and completely honest in their description.
Their open and relaxed manner made the whole transaction a pleasure, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I’ve got to say the whole experience was fantastic. The process for buying my Range Rover during Covid pandemic and sanitising of dealership was second to none. The “see it now” video Richard sent me so I could look at the car was excellent prior to me buying, all documents and everything else were handled seamlessly. Car was immaculate and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. (I am very picky).

I called HMC on a weekend and reserved the volvo xc60 over the phone with £250 deposit.
I was able to view the car a few days later and it was exactly as described with no faults.
I paid the balance and collected the car the following weekend with no issues.
This is not a main dealer experience, but it was honest and fair and I didn’t have any surprises.
Would not hesitate in using this company again if required.
