Machine been out of order for over a month. 5 engineers later still no sign of anyone being able to highlight the actual problem. One engineer was trying to diagnose the issue whilst FaceTiming the office! Three new parts ordered, two of those were not required and verdict out on the third part at the moment.
This machine has been the worse machine we have ever had in 30 years of trading. Paying monthly now on a maintenance contract that they are unable to fulfill!!

I contacted Vending Sense after having contacting several other coffee machine companies and getting nowhere with their sales team. Matthew at vending sense made the whole process easy and quick and was always contactable if we had any questions. The machine is great and the team at Vending sense is always on hand if needed even after delivery etc. Highly recommend and we’ll continue to use when we are due to purchase another machine. We have been a long term customer of Liquidline and initially received good customer service for our office contract. So much so that we took out a second contract for a retail location. Sadly the retail location closed down and we had to terminate the contact early. This is when the issues began, we asked to settle the contact with the finance company, Vending sense then instructed to cancel the office contract rather than the retail contract. We have since been going back and forth for 11 months to try and settle both contracts whilst being hit with multiple charges that are not relevant to our site. Vending sense are not willing to collect the machines until all accounts have been settled but can't seem to get the right terms for the right contract in place. I have wasted so much time emailing and just seem to be sent around in circles! The account manager has gone totally silent on me and isn’t taking any ownership or accountability. Avoid this company at all costs!

Unfortunately the delivery was very delayed and no one updated us, unless we chased them. Even when we did receive it, we was missing parts of the order. They did apologise about the delay, but it took a while to receive replacement products.

However the products themselves are really nice, the hot chocolate is creamy and chocolatey. Not watery like some can be. The syrups are also nice and full of flavour.

Excellent communication with the vending sense team. Sample coffee provided before delivery. Machine received as expected, our office is enjoying the coffee and hot chocolate. The team make sure I always have supplies and amend orders as needed.

Completely dishonest service from vending sense.

A year in I requested somebody to come look at my machine as there were a fault.
I was then sent an invoice to pay (before they came) for £540. This is despite paying an extended maintenance package, which is compulsory, at £101 a month on top of the machine fee.

I then called to query and was told what I was requesting was not covered in my package.
I then queried what was covered which would allow me to have my machine looked at.
Then got booked in on a service that was covered and had a very nice guy come to look to tell me he couldn’t do anything about the fault, as he couldn’t work out why it was doing what it was doing.

Vending sense then sent me an invoice for £300 and tried to automatically take the payment from my account.

If you can pay to have a professional look over your contract, do that, cause the sales team won’t tell you the half of it.

Easier option, avoid these guys at all costs.
