Rude staff, unhelpful, I was in there and the manager was literally arguing with a customer, people were looking from all different areas of the shop, I returned an air pump, and the manager was looking like she could kill, clearly didn’t want to be working, she should of just called in sick, and called it a day, her cough was lethal anyway.
But if you just want to buy stuff it’s okay, but when it comes to someone little complex, beware

Recently was provided with an item which we discovered at home was wrong and 1/3 of the price of the actual item we ordered..... When I returned it to the store, and tried to collect another order, the staff tried to give me an item which had been clearly opened and unpacked... No wonder everyone buys off Amazon these days. Two mistakes in one day is a bit much.

They can’t understand what I’m saying And eventually she told me my product was only in Stevenage, but she couldn’t get through So I had to go there. I looked online and Stevenage is closed permanently. If I have just gone down there which is a long journey I’ve been in been very angry to find it closed. All I want is the blender and I’ve had so much trouble.

Staff were friendly, quick to serve and that was the only store that had the item needed. Argos is located inside Sainsbury, free car park.

Generally a good store and very good for Argos purchases however if you buy on ebay using click and collect you may not get your item as some delivery drivers deliver to Sainsburys goods in and the parcels just sit there for hours or worse still today my parcel appears to have vanished, as the item was a brand new power tool I'll leave you to form your own conclusion what may have happened to it.

Just went into the store with a reasonable request, about a refund, adviced by customer services to do so, however Grace would not listen and turned down my request . I couldn't believe this so I went to Cheshunt who didn't understand why hoddesdon wouldn't and gladly dealt with my request. Thanks Cheshunt and thanks for really wasting
My time hoddesdon.
