Whilst looking online for Bar Towels and Bar Coasters I stumbled across ‘Pub World Memorabilia’ which is based in Norfolk. They had a wide choice of towels and coasters to choose from. Compared to some other sites their prices seem very reasonable. I am not a person that shops on price only, but overall value for money, with the service element being a high factor. I noted that the company had been establish for several years and seemed to have a user-friendly appeal, so I placed a reasonable size order with them. To be honest I was not expecting high quality products to arrive, because of the price comparison with other sites as mentioned earlier. To my surprise they arrived within a couple of days and to say I was pleased with the quality, is an understatement. Absolutely top quality. However, what really impressed me was, I had a nice email from a young lady by the name of Elaine, obviously Sales / Customers Services to advise me that I had made an overpayment of £3 via my credit card, and this was being recredited. I have already sent an email to the company expressing my overall satisfaction and decided also to place a customer review.
