Great place to find everything you need.
We found everything we needed for our meal tonight.
Everything we got was quick and essy to find. We even got some frozen Greggs sausage rolls which is a bonus too.
The staff are very helpful and very nice.

Awful today. I went round the store with my son for one item. We did not find what we was looking for and was shouted at after leaving by an older lady saying "don't come back". I then needed to go there after my didcot shop which was the day before mothers day as it was the only place that sold my item. I rang the store and the person that took my call gave me some lousy apology assuming because I had a parka and something in my pocket which I had before I went in I had stole. I didn't even touch an item these were my youngest daughters mittens. I was then allowed back in store and most staff were at the back no apology in person. I think this is cowardly so much so a younger lady had to serve me knowing iceland were in the wrong. The slogan mums go to iceland well clearly if dad's go that don't fit the stereotype there's pre judgement. I had to say about this dreadful experience and iceland really don't know how this has left me feeling.

This place always has the nicest staff. They always say something nice when you're packing up and are happy to chat. This store also has really good vegan options. Their vegan chick-less chunks are the best, most authentic vegan chicken I've ever had ☺️

NOT WORTH THE TIME OR HASSLE!
I was meant to of had my delivery yesterday and NEVER turned up!
The customer service numbers was closed from 5pm which was no good so could get hold of anyone!!!
Didn’t get any texts or calls from them to tell me why my delivery didn’t show up.
I’m absolutely fuming!

Currently on the phone to customer service right now and they are UNABLE to get hold of the store either!! Been on hold for over a hour while they try and find out where my delivery is.

This has caused me nothing but stress!!
This is beyond a joke now!!

I love Iceland in Didcot because it had loads of brilliants deals and loads of Slimming World meals. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It's a little difficult to take a full trolley to the car park around the back as you have to walk round a wonky path. I also really wish they would deliver to Wantage as there is lots of Slimming World people there but they won't deliver to 7.8 miles which is a real shame. Missing out on lots of orders there!

I go at least once a week for frozen and non frozen items. There's nothing I've bought that is disappointing and everything is great value. Why would anyone spend £5 or more ordering a pizza for instance, when you can get a superb one for £1.
