I do not recommend this store, depending on who serves, they cheat people on the price of beer, for a 4pack of Perla in the morning you pay 6 pounds and in the evening for the same you pay 7 pounds, Cheaters.

I've been coming here for years! It's a convenient location, and they do parcel collections/drop off for Evri. They stock a wide range of items. The staff are ok, depending on what mood you catch them in. But they don't always have the best system in place for collecting orders - a few weeks back, I wanted to collect my parcels and was told to look through a pile of packages on the floor! I had to pick my parcel out myself! That didn't seem like a very secure system to me...

Selection in the shop is good but they short change you or round the price up which sometimes can be more than 15p. Not alot of money but you have to be cautious that they charge you correctly

Sri lankan who works on a Mondays I went at around 3pm refused to answer me when I asked why evri machine is broken and when it will be fixed, he shrugged and didnt talk or give any suggestions. Poor customer service,rude, unhelpful, has happened many times now. He needs the sack honestly speaking. Rest of the guys like short guy with glasses etc are helpful.

Good customer service and it will open till 2 am and shop have lot of Alchol collection and now one have these collection in Luton and shop is very clean
