Please.. I beg you, have more than one person on the tills. It's late November, and the queue is going out of the door. The poor chap on the tills is clearly struggling. The front of the store is full of parcels, and the clerks workspace is bombarded with even more packages, this is a SERIOUS hazard for your employees and customers. The store for many years would always have two clerks working, and three during busy periods in November/December. This isn't an isolated incident. Since the latest takeover earlier this year, this branch has been run really poorly.

I gave 5 star review about a year ago, but now I have no choice but rate this place as a 1 star ONLY. New owner and the place it’s a mess. Parcels never dispatched on time, 4 days delays, had to question one day why my parcels haven’t been send, which I took to the post office on Monday morning, and still on the shop floor on Thursday morning?

Very rude, I have an assistant dog that I took with me because he aids my medical health. and the Man behind the till tried to refuse me because I had him with me. because I had to argue with the person my dog alerted to me when he should need to as I was perfectly OK before entering.
Will not be coming back and the shop should read up on assistant dogs and the law! we can not be refused unless my dog is doing something wrong and he was not!

Went to collect a parcel at 5.20pm on a Friday and the place was shut. It was advertised both on here and their website as opening until 6pm. I won’t be using their services again once I collect my packages.

Rarely are they friendly. I wouldn’t go there if there was another post office in my area. Customer Service is very bad.

Provide Evri drop off service but won’t take the parcel that’s been paid for…. Awful costumer service, just avoid!
