The current store manager is very helpful. However their customer service team is appalling. We bought a bed 5 years ago and were upsold a better mattress with an extended warranty. The mattress after 4/5 years needed replacing. Terrible quality from just sleeping on it. The springs are completely misshapen and are now coming up. However when we made a complaint we got told this was normal and it moulded to our body. Which is utterly ridiculous! As this is not a memory bed. Customer service, pretty much said the mattress has been discontinued and the person who upsold you the “better” mattress no longer works in the store to ask about this. It’s our fault we didn’t check the invoice with this extended warranty. But truth be told we were expecting it to last much longer. I appreciate that while we didn’t have any further emails when purchased. It would have been nice as a good will gesture to have offered some money off another mattress and kept business. Now we are looked elsewhere for a better quality mattress which will actually have 8-10 years. Don’t fall for the upsell and if you do make sure you get it in writing. The beds are not cheap and I wouldn’t recommend buying from a place where you will be lied to, to make a sale. Times have changed and this isn’t how people want to be sold too.

Tylor at Bensons for beds Didcot was brilliant. Very knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. We had to take our two kids (under 3) and he was understanding, supportive and even helped to keep them entertained. Good range of beds and affordable prices and Tylor was able to help us find the right bed and mattress at the right price.

Terrible service. I brought Furniture it was faulty. They didn’t replace it. They didn’t help us at all. The instruction menu written on different language, but when we tell them, they don’t even bother to help us at all.
