ordered a Ubiquiti switch - a few days later they email me to tell me it's out of stock and a refund will be issued right away. waited 8 days no refund issued. emailed again and they apologized for the delay.

horrible customer service and their online inventory can't be trusted. the .ca domain name lead me to believe they were a canadian retailer - then the shipping cost was $60 + (we needed this item for a client deployment) coming from UK.

avoid this retailer at all costs. no one else has anything good to say either.

Don't buy from them. They sent returned stuff by cheaper shipping method than I paid. I ordered a large box of premium paper and paid more $48 for the Expedited Delivery (3-6 Working days). However, it wasn't delivered even after 20 days, and the package was not able to track. I tried to contact them to figure out the situation, but they don't respond to my message, email, and even customer service. They finally responded when I claim the dispute through the bank, and they sent me the link the Economy Delivery tracking service, not the Expedited Delivery service I paid. The stuff was delivered after 22 days, but even it was NOT a new one. Its cardboard cover box was already opened and sealed again, and there was only damaged and folded paper inside. It was definitely a bundle of returned stuff. What is different from a fraud? I should have read people's reviews here before. If it's still before you buy it, think of it as luck and avoid them.

Listen to the bad reviews. Neqtiq is a disgrace. They lie and can’t be trusted. Took them 9 days from when I placed my order to advise me that the item was out of stock. This was despite the item still being advertised on their website with the listing stating they had 21 in stock. They advised me to follow the steps in their email to cancel my order as my item would not be restocked. There were no steps in their email. Why should I have to cancel my order anyway? They should just immediately refund me if unable to fulfil my order. Now I’m left having to chase them for a refund.

Item was finally delivered nearly a month after I ordered it. If you live in the U.S. you may want to think twice before ordering. My item was caught in customs and I had no way to track it. Company was quite poor at proactive communication.

Hi
I bought an Asus laptop and it was delivered to Australia during the Christmas holiday period and got here ok and in time for a Christmas present. It came with a UK three pin 240v plug and I needed an Australian three pin 240v plug. This company went out of it's way to help and resolved the matter with no fuss whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Neqtiq. BTW the price for the laptop was a very good deal.

Terrible, ordered a cable on Amazon, then cancelled the order in advance. Vendor threatened that I will have to pay a restock fee if seal of package is open. When package finally arrived (several days after I have cancelled the order), this is what I got (see photo). Box was not even properly closed, there was no tape or whatsoever … The article must have been sent back by another customer and then forwarded straight to me! On top of that I have to pay the return myself. This company is an absolut rip-off, stay away!

Horrid service. Sent me the wrong product and then and stiffed us the bill for the return shipping. The company takes days if not weeks to respond to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

***UPDATE: shortly after writing this review I was contacted by Neqtiq. almost 2 months after returning the printer that the wrongly sent to me. They told me that if I take down my review that would finally honor the return on the the shipping costs. I still have yet to receive a refund from this swindling company that has no respect for their customers.

I whole heartedly repeat...DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SHADY BACK ALLEY COMPANY. One star is too high of a review tbh.

An absolute disgrace!
I purchased two XLR plugs from them.
Both came damaged.
Return policy is a disgrace and the customer service is null.
I never got a replacement part or my money back.
Listen to the reviews, I will definitely not buy from them again and I sincerely recommend you do the same.
