Don't buy from this company ! Goods ordered and delivered quickly, but contents of self assembly package are contaminated (i.e Incorrect number of parts) so unable to use the product whatsoever. No responses to emails or messages left. Obviously a scam company, I have even emailed the owner Debbie Dey and still not the courtesy of a response. This seems to be reflected in reviews left on other sites. Rubbish company and a rubbish and dishonest owner.

Ordered a bag on the 31st August with a 2-3 day delivery date. After numerous emails and telephone attempts, I had to pursue a refund via PayPal on the 9th November approx 9 weeks later. The refund arrived with no apology, shocking customer service and would definitely urge people to steer away from this company

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING COMPANY! DO NOT USE!
I ordered from this company through Wowcher, and never received my order. I contacted the company to say I hadn't received it and they told me they would resend. I still didn't receive my parcel so contacted them again and asked for a refund. I was then abused by the 'customer service team' and haven't received any correspondence from them since. I have no goods & no refund. This company has been reported to trading standards & I have informed Wowcher to advise them what this company is up to!

I ordered a couple of things from Ram Online but only received half my order. I attempted numerous times to contact them; the telephone goes to answerphone but even when I left messages, the calls where unanswered. Emails were ignored. I had to go through Paypal to get my money back as there was no other way. I do not recommend and will never order from them again. Please ignore the response below. They did not even bothered to respond to any emails or telephone messages. I was refunded through paypal after registering the dispute with them.

Avoid this company !!!! Father in law bought 3 x parasol covers via Amazon by mistake so returned them in original packaging after printing off a return label. That was nearly 3 weeks ago .
No refund , no response to messages and rang 4 times goes to answer phone, left messages but nothing Amazon wont be able to help without proof of us returning the items but cant get the proof as they have disapeared wont buy from these again check your seller online before you hit the "buy"button

I ordered from wowcher weeks ago, I have contacted these people twice to see where my order is and they have not responded to any of the emails. I have now contacted wowcher for a full refund. Scam alert! Avoid at all costs, not a genuine seller.
