I would like to point out that your employee, Jonanne, has outstanding customer services skills! Sometimes , I walk in Coop simply to browse, and with no intent to purchase anything, but her lovely and strong rapport with customers makes me buy something. It makes me feel obligated to purchase something, for interacting with me, and brightening up my morning.

I love shopping here. I don't think the majority of the public realise the great quality of the food from co-op stores.
I'm a fussy eater (in terms of quality). I will normally shop at Waitrose or marks and Spencer. Co-op have some absolutely great quality meats, ready meals and freezer items. Plus some superb drinks.

The prices are great and the rewards system is so much better than clubcard or nectar.

To top it all off the staff here are the most helpful staff I've encountered in any food retail store. All of them go above and beyond to help anyone out that needs assistance.

Lovely staff, lovely food, great store for a little food shop.

Post office opening times are wrong. they are not open 7-10pm. Very annoying when I paid for next day delivery and they are only open 9-5.30pm when most people can't get there before or after work. Staff where not helpful and just said we know the times are wrong. Didn't seem like they cared ...

The woman who works in the post office is the rudest woman I have ever met. I don’t know what her problem is but she seems to hate the world and all it’s inhabbitants. This mixed with shocking inefficientcy makes going to this post-office and experience you want to avoid at all costs.
