They are the best!

I bought my Klipsch earpods from a completely different country and unfortunately, Klipsch International only offered delivery to US (What a shame for a company like Klipsch, in 2024 :p) and directs customers seeking replacement parts to local distributors like Henley.

I contacted them about my request and they were quite prompt to reply and generous to offer the spare eartips they had rather then making me wait for the parts to arrive (possibly from the US).

Even this tiny encounter deserves more than 5 stars, definitely would go to Henley for future purchases.

Got an appointment with Henley to get a tonearm fitted to my turntable. This job was done by Scott and Ross, who I knew from previous e-mail exchanges. The job was done in no time, the price they charged was more than fair, the advice given was great and their hospitality second to none - unfortunately, that's a service you hardly find on the high street these days. Highly recommended, well done.

It’s rare that I ever feel inclined to review something. However after receiving a turntable that was advertised as new from another seller and then turned out to have multiple issues I went searching for someone to take a look at it and quote me a price for repair as I got the turntable (ProJect X2) for an extremely good price.

Henley Audio, start to finish were superb and I cannot fault them at all. After initially reporting the issue they advised they’d like to have a look at the turntable in person. Neil who looked at my turntable was very honest about what needed to be done and was able to source the parts the same day and quote me what I saw as an extremely reasonable price for the work. He was fast to reply to my emails and had the turntable fixed and tested within a few hours of me stating I was happy with the works to proceed.

Now I have the turntable back in possession and it is all working as expected, Henley Audio ultimately turned what was a negative experience with another seller into a positive one through how efficient and painless it was through them to get it fixed.

I will not hesitate to use them again, thanks Henley Audio!

I only came across Henley Audio when I had difficulties obtaining support from the retailer I bought my Pro-ject turntable from. As the UK distributor of Pro-ject, Henley were incredibly helpful in arranging to service the turntable despite me not going through the retailer.

When DPD Local managed to lose my turntable and offered a meagre £50 compensation, Henley were again very supportive, sympathetic and generous with their customer service (something DPD could learn a lot from).

Thanks in particular to Ross Maloney. I look forward to receiving a new turntable in the coming days.

Fantastic support and service.

My old Project RPM5 record deck developed a motor noise issue.

Contacted Service and received great support from Scott. After some initial diagnostics and checks I decided to take my deck back to their Didcot base for same day service.

Scott was there to meet me on arrival at 9am. Two hours later all done - motor replaced and general service completed.

I visited the Bristol HiFi show, a very good display I must say. It's a shame about the service. I was interested in the Project speakers (heard good reviews about them), went to the stand first in the morning, explained to the gentleman at the stand a couple of dealers I contacted do not have these in stock and one of the dealer contacted Henley and were not able to establish speaker availability from Henley. Gentleman at the stand rudely commented "maybe they did not want to sell you the speakers" and was not very friendly either - really put me off. I have purchased a number of hifi equipment from my local hifi shop and they were able to offer the Project Turntable (which I am also interested in). Its a shame of this unexpected experiance at the show and I'm sure its not the overall reflection of the staff at that stand and maybe it was not intentional. I then found a more premium speaker at the show (approx. twice the price of Project) and very pleased with my purchase from a friendly and helpful staff.
