I mistakingly ordered an e bike so had to cancel , having been advised that the cancellation was for the company to agree . And for no ther reason than me explaining my mistake they agreed and allowed me to cancel and get full refund , now I note some people have made some negative comments about xs items . Judging by how reasonable they were with me when they had a legal right to keep my , sort of suggest an inconsistency with these people who put negative comments about them , to me it suggest they might be talking rubbish so .THANKYOU xs items I could not afford to lose that money your honesty, and outstanding reasonable attitude was noted .

I wish I could give them 0 star but there is no option for that. I bought an Iphone6 that stopped working within 4 months. It had 12 months warranty, so I contacted them. First of all they were making excuses saying that I needed to remove the phone from iCloud otherwise they won accept the return, which I did. Then they emailed me saying that if it is the battery it won't be covered, so thought I will check it before sending it back, anyway it turned out it was not the battery issue. So, I sent the phone back, initially, they said the screen has been lifted which it was never I told them that was not the case, I told them that I did put a battery to check whether it was the battery before sending it back but then installed the original battery back. The story changed from lifting of the screen to battery. I was truthful but it seems they were never interested in fixing the phone. I gave up and lost money that should have not been if I had bought it locally. My advise to the rest of people is, please don't buy from these guys they are scamming people and their after sale service is a joke. We may hear from these guys giving some sort of justification but they are really bad unfortunately.

I bought a phone from this company last year. I returned it because it intermittently switches off. I have looked after my phone impeccably with both an armour case and protector.

This the response I got this today. I am mortified as I packed this phone perfectly.

"Just to let you know that we have received your item and our engineers have informed us that the screen is cracked.

Accidental damage is not covered under our warranty.

In this case the phone needs to be returned to you.

Please confirm the address the phone is to be sent.

Yes they have 29000 positive reviews eBay - this is if nothing goes wrong in 60 days. I am sure that they would have far less if we could change or update the rating.

I bought a Pixel 2xl phone that had a 12 month warranty however they say that it is only 30 day. Even though no one can see the original eBay listing and none of their paperwork had the warranty duration.

And the wall they throw up when you try to make an official complaint. And the official complaint procedure was so thorough that they never asked to see the chats between eBay and myself confirming that the original listing had inexplicably disappeared.

Avoid at all costs, Item sold in "perfect working condition" - however issues since day 1. Description states refurbished however the Coffee Machine purchased had not even been flushed or descaled on delivery, and the wand was clogged. Broken after less than 40 days of use and seller wants nothing to do with it.

Sell good unfit for purpose and then refuse to honour the 12 month warranty. Do not buy from them if you want a product that will last. I paid £840 for a coffee machine that broke after 4 months. Better to spend a bit more and buy from a genuine retailer who will provide a good level of customer service

Absolute con merchants! Bought a refurbished coffee machine from this company and reported a fault with it on the same day as it arrived. The machine woukd only heat to 70 degrees and stop. They advised to descale the unit which I did but it still did not solve the issue. Upon returning the item all be it a few months after reporting the fault they have accused me of opening the machine and tampering with the wiring and have said the warranty is void!!! I have asked the company on several occasions now what fault the machine is showing when turned on and only got a response today. And I have attached it below. So what they are saying is that they got the machine back, opened it up and apparently seen wiring issues but have not turned it on to see if it is showing the same fault as it was originally returned for Stinks of a company who like to blame instead of paying out on mis sold goods.

The faults will not be diagnosed as no further testing will be performed. The warranty is void and the issues with the machine will not be investigated. Please provide an address to return this to you. As previously explained, unless an address is provided by 30th April, we will accept that as consent to dispose of it.

Sorry to hear about others bad experiences. I recently bought a samsung note 9 from their ebay account. The condition was listed as excellent condition. Priced competitively for its condition. There are no dents or scratches anywhere and the phone is operating in excellent condition. I paid abit extra for 24 hour delivery and it arrived as scheduled. Please if you leave reviews, try to be more specific. Saying I bought a phone and not describing model or state of condition as advertised is effectively a useless review. Devil is in the details.
