I had a delivery today of 11 parcels
I am bedbound my partner has a bad heart. He went down stairs to check and the delivery driver has left flat packs on pavement and drove off😡😡😡. My partner had to brink these parcels up with the handyman. So if ordering any parcels coming from this company beware of delivery

After checking company reviews ,came Across same as most other people , ordered bunk beds for grandchildren on 24th July had to e mail company as no information about delivery then on 2nd Aug got txt beds where coming ,only one box arrived out of 2 , contacted delivery company who told me Dhammatek had only sent one box ,how can you build bunk beds half missing ,contacted company again was told beds are now out of stock,so had one box that was no use , totally disappointed ,order cancelled had to order from another company which I did ordered 4th Aug and being delivered 6th July ,won't be using Dhammatek again that's for sure ,still waiting pick up message for half bunk bed ,as photo below ,how can that one box be set of bunk beds 😔

DO NOT USE! PHONE number is not a Boston Phone number. Do NOT PLACE orders. YOU WILL NOT receive your items. The company want your registration details before you chat to them. I don't think so. A SUPER KING size bed for £200? I DON'T THINK SO!!!

Ordered a bed and was sent one part out of two, when trying to call to get the second part sent i was told that both parts were sent which they clearly was not. I was told to wait 24 hours and when calling back the next day my phone number was BLOCKED!

Horrible company, would advise everyone to STAY AWAY to avoid the terrible service!!

Ordered a bedroom set and received first part but wasn’t made aware it wasn’t all sent. Ordered a handy man which cost me a day rate when I phoned up they said it would be with me between 14:00 and 16:00 which didn’t happen so handy man now gone home and I’ll have to pay again for him to come back and put up wardrobe. Was told to ring back if my 2nd part hadn’t arrived by 16:00 but when I checked there website it closes at 15:30 so I was fobbed off while on the phone. Wouldn’t order from here again if you payed me 😡
