I ordered some 30L containers for my potatoes on Thursday thinking they’d arrive after the bank holiday, but Oakland obviously made an effort to get the order out ASAP because they arrived on Friday the very next day. Superb service! Thank you! I’ve got some of these containers already - they’re so sturdy and the handles make them easy to pick up and move about.

Perchase an item online. I did not receive item. They refused to refund me. Royal mail said it was delivered but i can only suggest the item was left somewhere and was stolen as it was not posted through my letter box, even though it should easily have fitted through.
Asked for the royal mail details so i could contact then about a refund as i know parcels are insured with tracked delivery and still the seller would not give me these details.
Customer service is terrible and i have been made out to be some sort of liar.
I suggest you find somewhere else who provide secure delivery and have better customer service skills.

Purchased seed propergater through eBay. They were described as very good quality. However they were very poor quality ..very thin and quite frankly rubbish. These cost £7.45 have since seen very similar in Asda for £2.00 and is lovely quality. Oakland gardens did refund quickly but the description was very misleading. Not happy that the neutral feedback I left was removed...This surely cannot be honest business practice.

I'm so disappointed with this supplier, my order was over a week late & then it was wrong!! It took me a further 4days to get hold of someone as they wouldn't answer the phone or my emails, I went to the place & I found the staff to be very rude and didn't want to help whatsoever, so now I'm stuck with goods I don't want & I'm out of pocket. Needless to say I don't recommend them & certainly won't be using them again.
