Do your disc tabs look like this? Professional service to face my brake tabs and bottom bracket, to make my riding as good as it can be. Fast turnaround, fair pricing. The Internet cannot fix your bike!

The guys were extremely helpful, and provided me with everything I needed, including all the added extras for my new bike.
They let me know when the bike was ready to collect, and had all my extras fitted to the bike so I could just ride away.

Josh was amazing at dealing with my son's bike repair. He was professional and courteous. He offered to help me get it in and out of the car and identified the problem straight away. The bike was fixed and ready for collection the next day. Communication was prompt and easy. Great service. Highly recommend this store.

I bought a bike trailer from the store - it was put together and installed professionally. Kyle double checked everything, even my bike, making sure that my child will be 1000% safe.

Was recommended to use for my sons bike what needed repairing. Spoke with someone on the phone to see if they have availability to repair to be told yes, until I told them what needs repairing. Was put on hold for 5-10 mins. To then be told they are fully booked and would need to call back a week or 2 later to see if they can repair then. I asked what if you can’t repair after that period because of time! he then stated “well just find out in 2 weeks”!!! Seems they choose the repair work if it’s an easy job..

Was hoping to buy a bike if 1st impressions was great with a cycle to work scheme.. happily say I’ve dodged a bullet.. rather spend elsewhere..

The team at the Didcot store are AWESOME! I ride a Halfbike (a weird little thing from Bulgaria) pretty much nothing on this bike is like a normal bicycle but those guys always find a ‘work around’ to keep her on the road. I can’t praise them enough.
