I won a voucher for the cafe. I took my Auntie and Husband for a lovely meal here. Auntie and I had two large fish fingers, chips and peas. My husband had a large cheese omelette, which he enjoyed. It was delicious. Reasonable costs. Small cafe so book in advance.

Today we had an after Christmas meal for 17 of our Norton Owners Club Members. We have been before, so new we were in for a smashing meal, with a great friendly atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble for Janet & Johanna and all the staff. We had a splendid time. Many thanks for making our event so very very enjoyable. See you all again soon. Sandra xx.

Situated in the lovely historical village of Hingham, the Chalfonts tea room is deceptively large, however it only has a couple of tables that are wheelchair accessible, the remaining being accessed via a small set of stairs.

The food is good, reasonably priced and delivered with a smile. Whilst they don't by any means specialise in food allergies and intolerances, they are more than willing to work with you to change dishes where possible.

I went for the full English, modified to be suitable for my dietary requirements and I can honestly say it was absolutely lovely + of a really good portion size!!

In the historic part of Hingham’s Bond Street, Chalfonts Tea Rooms is a favourite place for locals and deserves to be known more both for its variety of cakes and quiet spacious atmosphere. We had a pot of Earl Gray for two and sponge cake and bread and butter pudding. It is also dog friendly. It made me wish we too were Hingham locals.

Typical English cafeteria with a great variety of food either breakfast or Lunch. It offers English breakfast ( vegetarian option available).Cakes, smothies, panini, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, fish and ships. Also, great variety of hot or cold drinks, among others.
I have added some photos where you can have an idea not only how the place looks but also some part of the menu and the cakes that this place offers.
The service is ok and the prices are not cheap but not very expensive either.

El lugar es agradable, no es barato pero tampoco caro.
