Took my son to here to look at all the stunning cars as he's car mad! The experience has been perfect and Ben gave him the full tour and allowed him to sit in the cars and has started some of them just for the noise! He says it's the bestest day he's ever had in a long time! Would highly recommend it. Staff very friendly and Ben was just brilliant overall. Allowed us to have a look around afterwards for as long as we liked. I would definitely email them beforehand if you want to go. Will be taking my son again soon! They also got a bag of chocolates from my son for being awesome!

I have found that Andrew Lane and his team have been fantastic in maintaining and servicing my car. They kept me up-to-date the whole time and I felt that they really had my best interest at heart. I trust them to look after the car. Thankfully I had no nasty surprises and I think this was helped by being kept up-to-date the whole time. Highly recommend

BEN was a total legend today, popped in and he gave me a FULL hand over experience even though i got my 600 long tail from redline cars. He rolled out the red carpet for me. i REALLY look forward to brining my car back here for servicing. GREAT people. HIGHLY recommended and ben is a genuine enthusiast that this sector NEEDs more of.

Great service from Simon Edwards (service advisor) the man made me feel so assured that now McLaren will be permanent car in my collection. It’s a machine so it will have its problem but the guy dealing with it can make or break your will to stay with the brand. Good work Simon….

One of the worst experiences I have ever come across. The staff were very rude, not one smile in this place apart from the lady at the welcome desk.

All seemed very stressed and didn’t even say a simple hello

I took my son here as he’s obsessed with top end luxury cars, we had a day out around the local garages and this was worst garage.

My son who is 6 wanted to ask a few questions about cars for his school project, all very rude didn’t give 2 minutes of their time.

My son was then asked not to sit in any of the cars.

I would seriously be upset if these were the people representing my company.

The guys in the Rolls Royce section were okay, not friendly at all.

Waste of time, would travel further to get a more pleasant welcoming if I was paying that kind of money.

Purchased a McLaren 600LT a couple of months ago and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The car is awesome and is as good as it gets. Their customer service is second to none. Only worth getting warranty from these guys if you own a McLaren as other companies such as Thorney Motorsport sell warranties that aren’t worth the paper they are printed on even when they slag McLaren centres off trying to push their warranty onto yourself. From my experience if you want a McLaren only buy from McLaren dealer

I’ve been dealing with McLaren service in Birmingham, via the service manager called Andrew , as I had some issues with my 720s spider , all I can say what a pleasure to deal with, Andrew clearly goes the extra mile to get a customers car back to them as quick as possible, always keeping a professional approach and excellent customer service at its best .
What a great member of staff he is .

Customer service at its worst!! I called to make a booking for some warranty work that had been authorised by McLaren only to be told by the service advisor. You will have to wait 3 months . We do not offer courtesy cars either (Not that I asked). You will need to bring the car into us. I asked for his Dealer principal Email etc to be told “I can’t give it to you” Horrendous experience.Needless to say I booked the car in at one of Rybrooks other dealers in Bristol. Hopefully the experience there is not the same!!
