I ordered an offset smoker from the American BBQ company and I love it. It is the real deal- thick steel, American made, and at a price that couldn’t be beat. There was actually a problem with the order and they quickly sent out the correct model and picked up the other one, without question, which was no small task with a smoker of this size and weight. Excellent communications the whole time. Excelled customer service and I would not hesitate to deal with this company again.

I ordered a Spartan 1500 with these guys and after a few shipping problems (not their fault) it arrived,with Darren who drove from Colchester to Milton Keynes and up to Cheshire to deliver it to me!

When I started to build it I discovered it was damaged (again not their fault) Darren could not have been more helpful, going as far as organising a meeting nearby so he could deliver me a replacement!

Fantastic customer service, a fantastic product and absolutely brilliant staff!!

Just purchased a Traeger Timberline 850. First, the American bbq co. I searched suppliers in the UK and these guys were the best value. They were £500 cheaper than lots of places, and then on top of this, the bbq came with a free cover and and two bags of pellets. In short £180 of freebies. Lesser firms would perhaps weigh off good deals against customer service. Not a bit of that here. I needed delivery to be tied down to a particular day due to work commitments. I spoke with Darren who took the time to sort things out for me. All went smoothly with minimal fuss. The acid test is always, would I use these guys again….absolutely no hesitation.
Now the grill. Well not used it yet, so I’ll come back at a later date to review how it cooks. However, first impressions are that it’s really well made and very robust. It has the look and feel of something that will last for years. The engineering is accurate, holes and parts match up really well. There’s no tinkering around to get bits to fit. It’s all as it should be. Assembly is straightforward and as the instructions say takes two people. Unless you’re Geoff Capes you’re not going to lift this on your own. Seasoning the grill and WiFi connection are easy, just follow the instructions. First impressions are that it holds a stable temperature really well. All bodes well for the future. Looking forward to the first cook.

I spoke to Darren,and explained what I was looking for . He said the deluxe Cyprus spit in stainless Steel was the the best one to go for . He put me on face time, and showed me what I was getting. I was really impressed with it , but when it arrived the following day it was better than expected. Iam a welder by trade so when I saw it was stainless steel it was a no brainier for me .it took me about an hour to put together, I rang Darren again while I was putting it together he put me on face time again and put me right on one thing , then I was away really easy to build up . What a legend Darren is . Also this as 2 12 volt motors on it so easy all over cooking . I would definitely Recommend the American barbecue company. First class sales , delivery and quality.

The service from the whole team at American BBQ was amazing. From when I placed the order to delivery they were great. They even offered to help get me setup with my new pellet grill. I rarely leave reviews but i was seriously impressed. Would like to say a big thank the whole team, would definitely recommend.
