Very friendly and upfront staff. Completely transparent with a strong customer focus. Bought a Citroen c4 grand Picasso last year off these chaps, what a mistake that was !!!!
After paying our initial deposit there was a delay in receiving the Car to a fault with the electric handbrake, I had to phone up twice to chase them up both times I was given a rude and abrupt response.
After 2 months of ownership the dpf started playing up, to their credit they did sort the initial problem out .
The problems that came were catastrophic, hydraulic rear suspension completely collapsed, glow plugs continually burning out, endless problems with dpf leading to car going into limp mode , oil leak that both independent and Citroen dealer struggled to find the source of ,constant hand brake problems and to cap it off the auto gear box blew up.
They claim their cars go through an extensive rac service but both independent and Citroen dealer said that a service had not been done in over 18 months even though we'd purchased the car 11 months prior, when challenged over the phone in regards to this the man became combative and aggressive. Car had to be scrapped and we are now stuck paying 3 grand off for a car we dont have!!
