I really enjoy Asian food but often struggle finding certain ingredients... Look no further than YOM. Well worth the trip over from Wantage. Loads of spices and also the Kasmiri mix snack is incredibly moreish! I made my first visit at on Saturday and I think it will be the first of many. Friendly and helpful staff.

I bought a kilogram of lamb mince from the shop but when I weighed it at home I realised they had only given me 800g worth of mince. Feel totally ripped off! The mince was good quality however.

Store compromises with the health of consumers and it has poor customer care 🙁

I bought a few food products on 2nd of May 2023.
Two of these items were Haldiram Kesar Rasmalai & Haldiram Rasmalai whose best before date was 02 May 2023 (I didn’t realized it in the store and there was no discount on it). I opened Haldiram Kesar Rasmalai at home on the same day it was found rotten, smelly and in inedible condition.
I came next morning to return these two products, shop attendant refused to take these item back as I didn’t take receipt the day before and told me he cannot do much about it.

A small but friendly Asia supermarket that has a nice mixture of ingredients and foods from various countries. Worth a look if you are trying to find some of those harder to source ingredients

Fantastic store with amazing fresh produce at reasonable prices, and a dazzling array of spices. Excellent (halal) butcher and bakery items to top it off. All staff members are very helpful and always try to go an extra mile. They have even sourced some of my favourite food items and are now regularly stocking them as I am one of their regular customers. I am pretty sure I am not the only one who they have gone out of the way for.

Store is squeaky clean and stock is very well maintained.

Can't praise it highly enough, keep up the great work!
