I ordered a pair of size 12 boots but they were huge! They felt more like a 13. The size guide stated they were true to size.
My low review is not about the shoes, but the fact they deducted £3.49 from my refund. I also had to pay for the postage back to them.
I order boots for the whole business and won't use these in the future

I have used the company before and was extremely satisfied so as we were in Daventry for an appointment I thought I would try the shop as I needed a new pair of brouges. I wasn’t prepared for the brilliant reception I received from Allison, or the service received, nothing was too much trouble for her, I am now the proud owner of two pairs of shoes, well fitted and comfortable.

Drove from the other side of Birmingham as wanted to try on some shoes before purchasing, I have wide feet and always have issues when buying safety footwear, lady who dealt with me was very pleasant and super helpful and will be buying my footwear from here from now on, wish every buying experience was this good

As I don’t like the idea of buying shoes without trying them on, and not wishing to risk having to return goods, I travelled from Cambridge to Daventry to buy a specific make and style. It was really worth it as the wonderful lady with superb product knowledge and a great sense of humour who served me was a true professional and made the journey worthwhile. Won’t be going anywhere else for my footwear in the future. Forget mail order….pay a visit….you’ll appreciate great service.
