My card was declined. The guy on the till, today between: 15: 10 and 15: 25 wouldn't give me the receipt proving it was declined. He is often very difficult. The supervisor was very polite and said he will have a word with him.

I'm pretty annoyed, I asked how much something was he ignored me. Went to the counter oh I can't scan that when it's obvious other people have brought it, so would be a price but the biggest thing was the absolute rudeness and sense of not caring. I won't be going back in a hurry. Even as I was leaving heard him disappointed mother and child.

I have purchased some items from this co-op and very disrespectful behavior from the staff at the till, she has treated me like an enemy.
I will not go to this co-op anymore

I find the store alway to be very well stocked with everything needed.
The staff are always polite and courteous and go out of their way to help.
I actually think that the really helpful lady called Louise actually lives there or must have a hammock, as she's alway there, smiling.
I do actually use my Co op visit as an excuse for the dogs to drag me into the Boot across the road for a pint and Bonio.

I went in to the histon coop late afternoon on the 21/10/23 and the guy on the till nearly filled the shop with an awful stench of BO it was the worst I’ve smelt and all through a lack of personal hygiene I’ve experienced in a long time and in a food shop utterly disgusting

It's a standard local coop. Prices are typical of small local supermarkets in a village. If you need to park while shopping bear in mind that access is round the back. You have to turn off on to the cul-de-sac past the pharmacy to get to it.
