Driver has lied twice about attempting delivery. I have been home waiting for 2 days now. Where is my parcel? Please contact me immediately or the police will be involved.

I have been trying to use all other methods of contact for 3 days now and get nowhere. I messaged on Facebook and it's being ignored. The tracking even shows not out for delivery today. What is happening

3 days now. No communication from you about where my delivery is. I am disgusted by the customer service of this company.

Just been in, the staff member who assisted me was very helpful and patient, and helped to set me on the right track (to parcel force I go!) so I'm very grateful for their help.

DHL and parcel force (online) are in cahoots and totally useless, seeing as you can't get through to DHL customer services on the phone, I had drive all the way to the depot (no small feat!) to discover it's Parcel Force I need to have beef with!

But the person who helped me was useful, so I reccomend this location. They will do their best to help you ?

Items I ordered were apparently rejected from the military base I'm on. So, I re-routed the parcel to my local service point via the app. Estimated delivery 10 May. Still not sent 5 days later. Clearly, I'm not alone in the lack of customer service. Judging by the other reviews on this page. I'll be driving to collect tomorrow as I'm fed up of waiting, and clearly this company has no intention of actually getting the package to me.

Three attempted deliveries, three times the driver couldn't gain access to my property, this is where total confusion hits because I was home for every delivery slot, not one delivery van entered my Close ( I can see from my window). But on reading other reviews, I consider myself lucky because I did get to talk to customer service after 50 minutes of being on and off hold and still can't tell me why they didn't enter the close and then proceed to lie about me not being in i gave in an put the phonedown, but when I finally got to pick up my parcel it had quite clearly been thrown about given the damage to the box and the items inside

Got next day delivery for a product I needed immediately. Driver did not bother to use the ringing device for my place right outside where they were. Even the picture they took to say I missed the delivery showed the ringer. Absolute lack of thinking or even effort from them. Would give this no stars If I could, absolutely unacceptable.
Also tried to call customer service and best I get is an automated service and can't talk to actual people.
Edit here: went to the depot to get the parcel and the people there were super helpful and kind even though I got there at the closing time and made sure I got the parcel before I left.

Drivers just don’t bother to deliver… parcel with the driver out for delivery & then it’s back in depot second day in a row… web tracking page is horrendous, full of errors, service point map doesn’t even load… I’ll have to drive 30 miles now to pick up my parcel… Sellers please just don’t use DHL Parcel, instead use Evri or Royal mail…

I've received an email informing me that my expensive purchase will be delivered today and a tracking number. Now is 1430 and no update or delivery yet. Judging by the other reviews I'm loosing hope that it will be delivered. I've booked a day off work for nothing. "Thanks " dhl (you don't deserve capital letters)
I may change my rating if the delivery actually happens.
I'll be posting this on the website I made the purchase from, too.

Update at 1735. Got a standard reply from dhl saying they are sorry and contact them to discuss the missing delivery. Firstly, I'm not accepting the half baked apology as there is still no update on the tracking webside , email or actual delivery. Secondly it's YOU dhl that need to contact me and tell me where is my parcel not me searching for it. Tomorrow I'll be contacting the sender and asking to cancell the purchase and send a refund. Had enough of unprofessional delivery "cowboys"
