Sadly had unresolved problems with a Homerton 2, after using it 3x. The cd got stuck inside, all sorts of display info on the screen and other issues. Majority tried to help, reboot and the like but to no avail. Eventually they said the product is faulty, and needs to be returned, to Amazon, who were great btw. However Majority would not help me get the disc back, nor advise Amazon how to do it. Poor attitude all along. Will not use again

What a refreshing change to find a company which is so responsive to customers. I had a problem with a soundbar which I purchased more than 2 years ago. I contacted Majority by email and after verifying the warranty I had a replacement in 3 days. Outstanding service, Majority Audio. Many thanks.

Recently bought a Majority Bowtell sound bar. Highly recommended. Really easy to set up – basically just plug in and get started for use as a TV sound bar. Definitely a real improvement on the built-in audio quality. Also really easy to pair with Bluetooth enabled devices such as phone etc, for use as a more straightforward speaker. Haven’t tried it with my computer yet, but would expect that to be very straightforward too. It provides loads of connection options through bluetooth, Optical, RCA and 3.5mm audio jack. Very compact, slim and stylish design. The remote is very easy to use and simple. Nothing complicated at all. It weighs around 1.5kg.
The sound quality is terrific considering its size, price and ease of use. Really impressed with the depth of sound from the built-in subwoofer in a small – medium sized room.
Overall, very impressed. It seems unlikely that you would get better for the price!

Great products at great prices. I had an issue with my soundbar and bass speaker set after 16 months and the customer service was excellent. They were very responsive and very reactive. The outcome was far better than I expected it to be and certainly more than lived up to their 3 year warranty. Very pleased with them and I am sure we will do business again in the future and I highly recommend them.

I recently bought an Eddington DAB radio from the Majority Audio website. Unfortunately when I turned the radio on for the first time the screen would not load and none of the menus showed on the screen. So I was unable to use the radio.
I immediately contacted Majority via their Website request form and explained what was wrong with the radio. The next day I received an email from the Technical Support team who were very helpful in trying to advise me how to reset the radio to get it working, however none of these worked. It was then decided that the radio must be faulty and that they would order me a replacement. This I have now received and it is perfect.
This review is to say how impressed I was with how the Technical Support team handled and resolved my query. Special mention should go to Armie and Daniel, of the Technical Support team, who handled the problem in a friendly, efficient and professional way which I can not fault, thank you.
As for the Eddington radio, I am not knowledgeable enough about the technical side of radios to give an expert opinion, but to me the radio is brilliant. It is small compact and well made. The reception on DAB, DAB+ and FM is great and the sound for such a small radio is very clear. With its small size it is great for carrying about and will go with me when I am travelling or doing jobs inside and outside of the house.
The price is good to for a great radio, with a 3yr warranty for free, and excellent aftercare from the Majority Technical Support team.

I purchased the Oakington radio/CD player & I’m really happy with it. Great sound & easy to set up. A few months in we accidentally broke the remote control. We contacted Majority & received a reply same day. We were sent another remote free of charge & it arrived within the week. Great customer service - I wish more companies were like this.

I have two Majority units and both are excellent. I had problems with a Homerton 2 purchased form Amazon. It proved a nightmare to get it returned, however Majority's response was first rate. They responded quickly, were unfailingly polite and cut through the complications I was having with the retailer by arranging for a replacement unit to be sent out to me. It which works perfectly, and they deserve 5 stars!.

The customer service from these people is second to none. I had a small problem with a DAB radio that was bought as a Xmas present and the matter was resolved on Boxing Day. I even got to talk to real people and not some automated service. The products themselves are ideal and the prices most competitive. Highly recommended particularly as the three year warranty is included. Wish I had found out about Majority so much sooner. Nigel H
