Store is great but customer service questionable. The white girl who was serving on till 6 Saturday the 10th of August around 2:45 greeted the customer in front of me, greeted the customer behind me and even asked how their day was going (both white) but did not extend her “friendly” nature towards me, no greeting, no asking if I needed my receipt or not. Tells me there’s a bit of an attitude towards people of colour. Disgusting behaviour in this day and age.

Not impressed by the staff and management (there was none present as I asked to speak to a manager and it was only about 6pm when I left). Couldn't get to many of the items on isles as they were full of roll cages, empty boxes littering the floor, boxes of stock waiting to go out just dumped on the floor. Staff were either busy comparing mobile phones and chatting and on another ise three members of staff were more engaged in complaining about the company.

Lovely staff, great parking, unfortunately usually low stock in tools, paint, makeup and the pet section is stupidly small. Probably the worst stocked Bnm I've been to. They also do not sell wallpaper here, and if I need paint I don't even bother looking here now because stocks so scratchy.

UPDATE- They now have added extra aisle with a much better stock of paint and DIY,

The worst branch ever. And the main problem is I always realised that I’ ve paid more for an item than it was advertised for at the time, but if I ask for the shop to refund the difference between what I paid and what was advertised, they always refunded me less. When I explained to them, they said they can’t do maths and they wouldn’t do it again. Staff are super rude and unhelpful.

Nice and economical place for garden and plants... after wilko shutdown; this is the only place where i can find nice and economical products for garden with variety. You can also do normal home groceries shopping ? here .

It's the shop that you go into to get one or two things... but end up buying things you didn't know you wanted. It's a shop that's got most things a good layout of stock.
