Absolutely shocked. Despite visiting this shop a number of times over the past nine months to buy 18+ products and showing my identification, today I was told that if I did not fully remove my mask to verify that the drivers license was mine, then I would not be allowed to purchase the alcohol despite sharing my concerns regarding the possible health implications of removing the mask due to my father being of incredibly high risk to the virus. On sharing my worries the unpleasant lady then began to check the ID to make sure it wasn't fake, and took an incredibly long time handing me my change as though she was "getting back at me" for something. Appalling customer service. I have informed the council of this.

Poor customer service, one staff member in particular was very rude and dismissive towards me. In future I will avoid this shop.

It’s a shame because one staff member should not affect all of the staff and I have had positive experiences in the past but now prefer to take my business elsewhere.
