Do not use this company for freight or customs clearance. We were advised our air freighted goods were loaded onto a plane 9th June. They didn’t get on a plane until 2 weeks later. Then once arrived in U.K. customs clearance was slow and failed to pass to DPD for delivery leaving us no option but to drive 4 hours to collect from warehouse. They then charged us £180 on top of the 2.5k they had already been paid to collect the goods. Highly unprofessional and fraudulent company. Will hold your shipment hostage.
